David grew up in Nisswa, MN where he enjoyed hunting, fishing, shooting and trapping. David began working at a very early age mowing lawns and raking beaches. He later went on to work in local restaurants washing dishes, waiting on tables and cooking. It was there that work ethic was learned and that to hustle would pay off later. After high school, David attended St. Cloud State University pursuing a Management Degree and Criminal Justice Degree. It was at this time David discovered the passion for Sales and Management working for Scheels All Sports then later working for Reeds Family Outfitters and Gander Mountain as Store Manager. David has over 12 years of Real Estate business and was formerly an Operating Principal of a competing franchise before joining Chad's team in 2016. David married his amazing wife Heather in 2000. They have two wonderful boys Andrew and Jack. They are an active family who volunteer working with their church, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling and shooting sporting clays.
I have been described as outgoing, fun loving and energetic most of my life. I aim to mix these qualities with determination and hard work in my real estate business. My love for real estate started as a young child since my childhood was filled with travel in the United States. I enjoy helping
people realize their homeownership goals, whether they are buying their first home, second home or vacation home, I will be there every step of the way. In my spare time outside of real estate, I take great pleasure in spoiling my
grandchildren, working in ministry at my local church and spending quality time with family and friends. I pride myself in being able to share a personalized experience with each of my clients.
